Donation Guild Gold Lost

I emailed to support@grindinggear.com，and sent my account number ID.However, no reply or answer has been received.

If it was currency you have claim it on website after its donated..

I donated it in the in-game arcade interface.The guild doesn't have the in-game currency, and it doesn't know where it went.
I originally wanted to use it to buy the map warehouse page, I used to have 300 game coins, and now I only have 10 game coins, because I donated to buy the map warehouse page again.

It's really convoluted.
The guild leader has to go to their character's account on this website, select their guild (their PoE1 guild most likely) and then they will have the option to select the tab for PoE 2 guild.

From there they have to go on the right side to Guild Transactions.

They can accept the currency you sent from that page and that page only.

The process is horrible.
