Item disappeared

Item dropped and gone. I shows on the mini map but don't see it on the ground nor pick them up. I know this was an old issue on previous season. I was ok until today. It just happened randomly. Changed the filters, restarted and delete the game and reinstalled. Nothing works.

There’s a key bind skill on the sub menu that hides items and makes it so you can’t interact with them. There’s a “I” “II” and “III” version of that skill. I can’t remember which one reenables items but I had this happen to me and that’s what the issue was. Clicked it accidentally
