Friend List is deleted after game crashing

Hi GGG support,

I am one of your Path of Exile 2 players and I play on PS5.
Just now, my friend list got removed for the 3rd time.

I had no issue playing the season 1 game with my friends.
However, ever since I started the season 2, my friend list just kept getting deleted.

I remember the first time I got a game crash. After I logged in, I found that all my friends were removed.
The second time, I had no game crash but I started the game with an empty friend list.
The most recent one happened just 5 minutes ago, I was trying to do a trade with one player from the trade market, I tried to warp to him but I got kicked out of the game(this happens a lot btw). Then I found my friend list is empty again.

If my friend list is not stored in your server database, please at least give me a way to back it up, for example, upload to the Sony PSN cloud as save data or something like that.

Can't I have friends in this game? Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I got this exact same issue, all of a sudden I lost all on my friend's list. Guild members are still showing. This both happens on both my PS5 and PC versions of the game.
