Can one get their money back?

This game is a crap. The lag issues with NVidia 4070ti are terrible. The drop rates for currency are non-existent at least for Divine and Exalt is very low. I ran 5 maps and not one Exalt. I am stuck at tier 6 maps; no tier 7 maps drop. Game crashed on last boss for 3rd ascend. Refund money if you cannot create a stable platform to play on.

you can try a request to steam if you bought it there. never know until you try.
