Please nerf Lachlann in Act 1/ Act 4

This guy can one-shot without problem. I was offscreen and his wave still hit me. He is too strong for his stage compared to other bosses.

I play hardcore, so this guy is always a problem.

Lachlan has been nerfed to the ground already.
I remember dying to him like 15 times when PoE 2 launched.. He outrun me, he had a lot of HP, he was tough. It felt so good to beat him.

These days I create a new character, I rush through, barely no equip and he dies in 1 min. Boring, unenjoyable. He is too easy and I don't mean to tease you.
Please share a video if you are really struggling, people will help you out with tips what to improve.
