Delwin block the stone alter activation switch in Augery

After failing at chasing a wisp due to mister volume in Augery Delwin stopped right in front of a stone alter activation node and I cannot proceed to finish this map. This is my Tier 6 completion map in endgame. Now I have to traverse another several screens to get to another attempt due to this NPC blocking my progress. Super cool loss of time and resources.

same exact thing looks like it's happening to me too. and i completed the wisp too. still didn't matter. delwyn stopped his ass right in front of the altar and even though i can click on the altar, it won't activate it because it tries to move me right to where delwyn is standing to do the animation.
