Are charms not meant to be upgradable from magic to rare.

Feel like I've seen a rare charm drop before so i don't really know if this was an intentional thing or if I'm just mental.

Never seen a rare charm but there are some uniques now, or maybe you are confusing charms with jewels?

charms is what you put into sockets of your BELT. Jewels is what you put into passive tree that you get skill points for when you level up.

Charms can only be magic afaik, Idk if there are unique charms but they can't be rare for sure.

Jewels can have any rarity except for normal

Off topic but still on charm, can we use chance orb to upgrade white silver or stone charm into the unique variant ?
