Stop wasting time on yet another 0.2 patch no one cares about

Your obsession with nerfing everything into the ground has killed the game.
Trying to push out yet another “0.2.0f k u patch” is like trying to extinguish ashes with your own piss.
You’re just wasting time on patches nobody cares about.

The fanboys will keep playing even if you drop a nuke bomb in patch, while everyone else has already moved on to Last Epoch.
This is literally the perfect moment to finally release a meaningful patch for PoE 1 and start working on a 0.3.0 update — one that resets all the garbage you've done so far.
It honestly can’t get any worse.

Couldn't disagree more. The small fast patches are super cool and should continue.

LE? Sure, a lot of people are playing that but most are already coming back and those who aren't are already saying it will last another week at most for them.

PoE1 does need a patch ASAP. Even though I dislike PoE1, they need to commit to updating both games in parallel.

0.3.0 I hope doesn't take months to get here. And it should be another nuke of a patch. This is the moment to make drastic changes then fine tune with small in between patches.

LE has already overtaken PoE 2 in player online, and I haven’t heard a single person say they want to come back.
Definitely not after these pointless patches no one cares about.
Coming back to PoE 2 version 0.2 after playing LE honestly feels like an act of masochism.

Nothing wrong with preferring LE guys. Go there and be happy. LE and PoE2 are drastically different and for different audiences.

And every streamer I've watched playing LE (like 10 of them) are saying yeah it is cool but I'm back to PoE2 or yeah it's cool I'll probably stay one more week in it then move on back to PoE2 or another game.

I think it is pretty evident what players actually want. Just based on those still playing this game: 70% want Lightning Spear "nuke all white mobs" gameplay. That's for sure. The other 30% might be trying to experiment and find a different version of "nuke all white mobs".

So if 70%+ of the players that can bear this intolerable patch are wanting faster gameplay...what should the devs do? Continue on this path until less than 30% of their players remain?

Choice seems obvious to me.
