Worst feeling that makes me want to quit

I love the game and also see it getting better, but when the game came out and now I have died 4 out of 4 times in the stone citadel and lost it. The feeling you get from losing a citadel just makes me close the game and not want to play again. Can you please not make it so that you lose maps on death, it is the worst feeling?
