Punishing Players and my thoughts.
So I have played POE1 since Closed Beta for The Awakening (2015).
I have always wondered few things. 1. Drops. So many unnecessary affixes, suffixes on gear so chance of a good drop is impossible. So u have to craft or trade. 2. Crafting The problem with crafting is that's always better to trade. let someone else play the lottery. 3. Trading Trading is so terrible and anti player i don't get why there is no action house. No one will trade cheap gear, so if u miss the start of the league even 1 week u should not even start the league. GGG always said we want interaction, what are u talking about there is absolutely zero interaction. Ive only seen one interaction so far when one guy sad "Thanks for taking the time to trade 1ex item". 4. Trials Trials should challenge you not punish you. You should make that every room grants you buff or nothing and balance around that. It fills terrible when you have to choose something that makes your character weaker. 5.Endgame The new endgame its same as the POE1 just with a new paint. Why not make people want to use currency by every modifier be a buff and balance around with revives monster hp etc or at least for every negative add a positive, for example. U are cursed with Temporal Chains but you do 20% more DMG U are cursed with Enfeeble but Monsters are 20% more slower U have -20% resistances but u have 10% more Armour, Evasion, Energy Shield. POE is the most punishing game ever made. The game starts difficult than becomes easier thought the campaign then u hit a wall and have to trade or u are stuck and everywhere u turn there is debuff and fills terrible. The whole endgame revolves around reducing your character power through debuffs. POE2 can be a way better game with a few simple changes. As things are going POE2 will become POE1 with updated graphics catering to the 1% of players. Invent something new dont go back to POE1. Last bumped24 апр. 2025 г., 16:14:37

" I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you never played Diablo 2, which this game is HEAVILY modeled after. When all is one and one all, to be a rock and not to roll
