I can't complete my maps.

I can't complete my maps. After completing the map, going to the shelter, the map still hangs in progress. Sometimes even the entire atlas is shrouded in fog.
I tried changing the server and checking all the game files. Nothing helped.
I noticed that sometimes it helps after completing the map, launch any other one, go to it and immediately exit and then the previous map is considered either completed or failed. But the failed map is also not satisfactory. Please help, or at least reset the entire atlas so that I can explore it again and play further
