idea how to improve the game (cooldown skills)

would it be possible to add in options so that skills with cooldown could be in the middle of the character like in the case of hp/ energy shield and mana/. ?

I ask because during the fight the skills that are in the lower right corner (showing how much time is left to cooldown) are not visible because I have to look everywhere else so as not to die from monsters

That's why even though I wanted to try chronomancer and use ascendency cooldown build I gave up even though I tried

"Now and Again" (Skills have 33% chance to not consume a Cooldown when usedNow ) was useless not because it was a bad idea for such a note, but because I didn't know when I could use it because during the fight I can't look where it shows whether this ability has been activated

My idea is to have an option to show the cooldown icon above the character. It could be in the options or in skill gem next to the weapon swap option

You press skill, it cast if it off coldown, it doesn't if it on cooldown.

If that skill has long cooldown, you can just... look at skill bar for a moment.

Customizable UI is good thing, but everything about cooldown skills you said is really weird.

Time Freeze has long cooldown and penalty if used more than twice in 30 sec, so you not going to spam it if "Now and Again" proc. And its not hard to glance at skill bar to see if it did proc or not.

Very few people use Time Snap as well together with Time Freeze.

Other long cooldown skill is Flameblast, and again, you dont even need to look at skill bar, if it doesn't cast, it's on cooldown.

Also there's frostbomb and frost wall that have short cooldown, so you just spam them non stop anyway.

Would like a cooldown bar. Especially with Now and Again, it's annoying to glance down after every cast to see if your cd is up or not.

The other commenter is wrong. You can't just press your ability to see if it's on or off cooldown. Not having time freeze up when you need it can cause you to die.
