Bahlak the sky seer <-- Skill speed change needed

Its skills are too fast and take too much space when its firing everything at once.
That boss fight can sometimes be harder than if you had all the other bosses combined, including Trialmaster.

The tweak needed is easy, a bit more time between the activation of his skills.

Please do that.

Feel like boss is fine outside of twisters... those need a bigger window to react you see it and if you are melee you are more than likely dead.
