Was PoE2 an "All in" gamble?

The ball is still spinning but it turns out that "The Gambler" was the only one who wanted to gamble. Most of the "Audience" has left out of disappointment and realization that "The Gambler" has an unhealthy addiction. Because, instead of capitalizing on the initial Win and pooling resources back into the projects that were placed on hold, all were placed on 2 Black again ...

Everything is on hold and those who remain are waiting to see where the ball will drop.
