MTX "paid for" tree map launcher not tracking maps

I bought this awesome tree for launching my maps for the Guild but there are 2 fundemental big issues.
1) the button is unselectable or clickable by controler on the tree.
2) the waystone tracking is not occuring.

I bought it for my guild and set it in the guild hideout the tr5ee does not in fact track mine or anyone elses waystones as advertised. and only i aparently can see the button to toggle this feature to see number of white and yellow and red waystones. also i play controller on pc and can only select this with the mouse not the controller. cool looking but fundementaly does not function properly as paid for!@
