I got stuck when entering the boss arena. When I logged in with that character again, I couldn't enter the game (while other characters can enter the game normally). It might be that the error was caused by reading the boss information when I got stuck. I'd like to ask if reinstalling the game would be helpful?

Now the second character is also stuck in the map with the same problem.
