Server Latency Issue in Random Instances

This is the third time I have mentioned this, but I don’t see GGG list it as an issue to be solved? I thought this kind of fundamental experience issue should be priotized?

My normal latency is under 40ms, in some instances it goes to 200ms, this resulted me unable to complete endgame grind and boss fights. In more severe cases, other than the delayed action, I notice my character skipping from time to time. This is really bad gameplay experience, definitely worst decision to support your $500 pack.
