While reading through previous posts, I found a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, you’ll need two PS5 controllers. You have to connect a second player and create a new character for them in the same league. This will transport you to the starting location, which will load along with the new character. After that, you just need to complete the first area, and the problem will be solved. I hope this helps someone!

I was stuck last week.

Eventually, the game timed out my Trial of Chaos and I was able to load back into the Ziggernaut
