Headset locking out of full control! [xbox series X]

Alright, I’ll explain in more detail. I only found this out after I launched path of exiles with out my turtle beach headset turn on. I was excited about being able to play with my friends I turned on my turtle beach headset then invited a few friends then went to go make a new character and had no response from any button input I hit. I closed out the game then reloaded it again no response from any button input I thought I was hit with a title screen bug again then some random thought occurred turn off my wireless headset. When I turned it off I had full control over the game and was able to make a character to a final test and see if I get locked out of controls if I turn my headset on in game. The results were unfortunate that any attempt to turn on my wireless headset in the game locked me out of all control over the game. My friend who has steal series doesn’t have this problem with his wireless headset but my other friend who has the same headset as me also has this problem. It happens the second the notification pops up on the screen we loss all control over the game. I found the problem.
