Citadels not spawning

I have expanded the map a lot past where I found citadels pre 0.2f. Since then, nothing. I can scroll out into the fog and see towers everywhere, but not one single glow for a citadel in any direction. I found 3 iron and 2 copper citadels prior to 0.2f, nothing since.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Seem like they figure out people are farming citadel for currency.
So they nefted i think, it never spawn for me after 0.2f
