Great patch! Please consider the following for next.

I want to note that I am having a blast with the game so far! With the loot changes, it's far better but still could use a bit of tweaking.
My biggest gripe comes with the Insanely Imbalanced and inconsistent monster damage, especially with monsters that 'slam' for rediculous damage and range. Alot of this is exacerbated by these monsters traveling in packs where three or four of them either leap at you or run up at Mac 3 before stunlocking you to death.
Ground clutter makes the many AOE one-shot monster mechanics very hard to see on specific maps, please please please! Make these more visible. One example of this are those monsters that call down meteors with almost no indication from off-screen. One fix for a lot of these issues would be to zoom the character out like 5-10%, if I can at least see the monster casting the spell I might be able to react better, otherwise maybe a better ground effect so I can see it sooner than 0.4 seconds before the meteor lands.
I would love to see other playstyles brought up to the level of lightning spear, to elaborate: make other builds viable with less gear investment and you can adjust the scaling accordingly for the end game. I don't think one-shotting bosses are good for the game or fun imo however more builds should be fun to play earlier on and eventually into end game without being forced to run very specific build combinations.
