Sekhema "Player is cursed with Enfeeble" not removing curse when affliction is removed

I was running a 3-trial Sekhema and was afflicted with "Player is cursed with Enfeeble" during the second floor, then on the third floor found a fickle blessings of the wind shrine which removed the affliction, but I am still cursed.

I suspect the affliction modified the entire zone/floor to give the curse since it is listed in the map modifiers unlike my other afflictions, and this map mod was not cleared when the affliction was removed.

It's possible that the curse would be removed if I progressed to another floor(i.e. entered a new map), but since I'm on the last floor of this trial I can't confirm that.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I got the enfeeble afffliction on floor 1. I removed it with a shrine on the next room and it persisted the entire floor until I killed the boss. Then moved to floor 2 where it was removed.
