Can't progress world map

I just made it to end game and was working on a few maps. I did the only two towers I could find that would open up the fog and now I am stuck. There are no more towers anywhere that I can see so I can not open up any more of the fog. I am still on the quest of traveling to the corrupted nexus. Well I can't reach a corrupted nexus because it is squarely in the fog and there are no towers anywhere that I can reach to open up the fog to get to it. Unless I am missing something which is entirely possible. The image below is the only two towers that I have. Bug report reference # is 1,878,213,490

you can run into the fog over the normal waystone point,
The Tower is only open a circle, the Tower Apex for the next tower you can see in the fog...

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't aware you could do it that way as I am a fairly new player and was under the impression that the towers were the key to opening up the fog as well as being used to put in the tablets. In all the mapping that I have done I have always had towers in range and been able to get to them and they would open up a larger portion of the map when I would do them.
