Camera sway in PoE2 when using a controller

When playing on a controller, at least on PC, the camera sways to lead in the direction your going. So if I'm moving east, the camera moves more eastward so my character isn't center on the screen but more towards the left. I understand this is meant to give better visibility in the direction your traveling, but it isn't present on WASD or click to move. Why is it only on controller and why can't I turn it off?

It's horribly distracting to have the screen drifting around all over while I move around. PLEASE tell me there is a option to turn this off and I'm just blind.
