Google Chrome issue while in-game since 0.2.0 patch

Since the 0.2.0 patch was deployed whenever I'm in-game and I tab out to Google Chrome I've been having issues with Chrome. It never happens when I'm in any other game and using Chrome and it doesn't happen outside of game. This only happens with POE2 and Chrome.

So I'll tab out to Chrome and view a page. As I click around the page eventually within a few clicks it looks like the web page has stopped working or Chrome has stopped working. Even closing a Chrome browser tab won't close the tab...or it looks like it doesn't. If you tab back into POE2 and then tab back to Chrome then Chrome is updated. It's some display glitch where it will stop displaying updates in Chrome for what you click on in Chrome until you hop from POE2 back to Chrome again.

It's been a real nuisance trying to browse the trade site while in-game.
