Stuck on Map loading screen

Hi, I have inserted a T15 waystone into the Stone Citadel map. The map is trying to load but I cannot get beyond the loading screen with the cogs turning. It is completely stuck here and just running endless tool tips. I am on PS5 console.

When I exit, reboot PS5 and restart the game, my character is located in the Stone Citadel, but I still am stuck on the loading screen.

So I am essentially completely locked out of the game with this character until something gives. Please can someone help???

After about 20 mins of loading, system disconnected and now ok after re-connecting. Can delete post.
