Interface. Coin transfer problem.

Interface. I am playing on PS5. I created a guild. I cannot receive a coin transfer from a guild partner. We want to buy a guild camp. The interface for switching to the browser does not work! (necessary for accepting funds) The interface for leaving the guild does not work! (to grant rights to those who play on PC) The money we wanted to invest in the guild is just stuck. Now I have a guild that cannot be developed.
