Cleared all corrupted nexus but don't get all atlas points

Hello.
Firstly, thank you for your hard work and a great game.

The latest g-patch didn't apply properly and I only got 1 atlas point retroactively.
Thus, as I've continued and cleared all the quests (T15 nexus), I'm still missing 8 passive points( I believe, can't check online right now).
I might keep getting points if I clear more nexuses even without the quest. But this seems to be a bug so I'm reporting it.

You probably have 4 more unique maps to complete. They award 2 points each. There's a bug on the mouseover of the book they drop. It will say the book grants 5 points but it only grants 2 if book is from unique map clear.

That actually makes sense because I only found 1 unique map, thanks
