I am writing to report a serious issue that I recently encountered in my Path of Exile 2 gameplay. I have lost my entire gear, along with all of my in-game currency and important transaction items that were in possession with Alva during interactions related to Incursion missions.

This loss has significantly impacted my gameplay and progression, and I am currently unable to determine how this occurred. There was no clear indication of a crash, rollback, or any system error on my end, yet the items have completely vanished. Honestly, This kind of things make it difficult to stick to the game.

I would like to request the following:

A detailed investigation into how this loss happened.

Information on whether any bugs, glitches, or server-side issues could be responsible.

Guidance on whether there is any possibility of retrieving the lost items.

Any steps I can take to avoid such issues in the future.

I’d truly appreciate any assistance you can provide, as the items lost were crucial to my progress and involved significant time and effort.
