Infinite loading screen in Cruel Act 3 in the Chimeran Wetlands area (Xbox Series X)

Hi, I just tried teleporting to the Chimerin Wetlands, and the screen just keeps loading. It's worth noting that I'm playing on Xbox Series X. As an extra note, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the same thing keeps happening.
