Stack Sizes = Anti-Speedrun Downtime Generators

aStack sizes on most items appear to be set so low as to require players to constantly visit the player stash. Is it just me, or does this appear to be an intentional throttle to prevent people from being efficient speed runners? People are up in arms about the xp loss ruining the game because of how much time loss it causes the player in terms of progression. Have any of the developers seriously considered how much time a player wastes each session simply trying to not be poor, and being forced to return to a stash tab because of tiny stack size limits?

Exalts are a great example. Buying 5,000 to fill up your tab slot will set you back a hefty amount of time with its bare minimum 250 clicks and multiple trips to Alva. And why are stash tabs arbitrarily set to a 5k limit on exalts, btw, but that's another joke to talk about a different day... When you take into account the inevitable China-farmer induced inflation which hits every MMO type game (and still the devs don't ban them, they funnel players into a different league which will also inevitably have a ruined economy over time, rather than solving the issue to prevent friends from being split up... I digress, another joke for another day...

Just have to ask plainly or this may be viewed as a complaint more than a constructive forum post: Will GGG be upping the stack counts on items any time soon? I'm over 1100 hrs in and the biggest complaint I have besides lost XP is wasted time at a stash tab I already didn't want to visit. I mean... Why are these items not being picked up and instantly transferring to a stash tab, or better yet, a simple list format screen which tally's your currency counts? This is why I stated, "Is it just me, or does this appear to be an intentional throttle to prevent people from being efficient speed runners?" In 2025, this is the sort of thing that gamers don't want to have to deal with. A useless, time wasting mechanic. What makes it the worst is that currency is at the core of PoE2. You must endure this wasting of the time to participate in the fun.
