Performance drop in town after recent patch?

Anyone noticed this?

Whenever I go back to town now, my performance would tank and the detailed graph would show huge fluctuations with all the lines on the graph, and it becomes so bad that my 1000Hz mouse cursor movement would become extremaly choppy, like it's doing only 1Hz or something.

But the moment I return to campaign maps it's all smooth again, and the graph lines immediately return to flat consistent and stable lines.

i5-13600K + 3060Ti + 64GB RAM + M.2 NVMe SSD

Sometimes happens when ther's other players in town with horrible unoptimized cosmetics fx. There should be an option to disable this. But won't happen because they make money selling these.
