Could we get a rotating passive skill tree?

Something I think would bring more build diversity and would be cool is a rotating passive skill tree. You choose your class, rotate where you begin on the passive tree, and then rotate sections of the passive tree. I believe this would bring a ton of build diversity to the game and would be awesome but I'd like others thoughts on this.

" Probably never going to happen, would require a lot of rebalancing and maybe reducing overall passive points as you'd be able to target more of what you want and it'd cause a lot of power creep. |
