Frustration with Omen of Amelioration Mechanics

I am reaching out to express my frustration with the mechanics of the Omen of Amelioration in Path of Exile. As a dedicated player who has invested countless hours into the game and reached level 94, I consider myself well-versed in the game’s mechanics and intricacies. However, the inconsistency of this particular omen is pushing me to the edge.

Over the past week, I have spent a significant amount of time grinding to level up, only to see all my progress wiped out due to the Omen of Amelioration not triggering at critical moments. Despite my understanding of the mechanics and my best efforts to position and time my actions correctly, I have encountered situations where I died multiple times (four to be exact) on challenging maps without the omen activating even once.

It’s incredibly disheartening to lose an entire week’s worth of effort due to what feels like a bug or a flaw in the omen’s activation criteria. I have checked my setup thoroughly and made adjustments, but the outcome remains the same – it simply does not work when I need it the most.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue or provide some clarification regarding the omen’s intended mechanics. Any advice or solutions would be sincerely welcome, as I genuinely enjoy the game but find this particular problem to be immensely discouraging.
