Please let us preload assets

I am so fed up of dying to invisible mobs, invisible magma shields, invisible volatile plants and crags, invisible burning ground etc etc just because it's the first time those things have appeared in this play session and the game engine doesn't load them in until the precise moment they're needed (or more likely 2-3 seconds after they've already appeared and started doing damage)

I will take the extra loading time hit if there is a toggle to let us preload enemies, damaging effects etc before entering a map (or maybe you could figure out some magical way for the game to look at what mobs and abilities are in a map and load them in sometime beforehand)

I stopped playing because my setup is old and I need to wait around 20+ seconds after entering every map for monsters to properly render otherwise I'll just die to stuffs that I literally cannot see.

You must have an old computer or something because I'm not getting these issues at all, assets are loaded pretty much instantly. Are you running PoE2 from a mecanical hard drive? these are huge NO nowadays for gaming.

SSD, AMD 5600X, it's hardly a top of the range rig but it's not some wheezing relic.

and like I say, I'm willing to take an increase in initial loading time rather than have to deal with invisible mobs and effects because the game loads things in backwards
I have experienced this with a new PC (AMD 9800x3d, Intel B580LE, gen4 nvme ssd). But the invisible hits before I can go anywhere have been very rare for me.

Whenever I enter a map, if I hear my fans spin up I know it's doing shaders and I can see that reflected in the graph. I just wait at the entrance until it quiets and it doesn't take long.

Every driver update seems to require rebuilding shaders so I'm just used to it at this point, but I do like what I see in some games where the shaders are loaded at the entrance menu / character selection screen. They show the shader progress and you can decide when to enter.
On PS5 and get the same issue sometimes. That or it DRAAAAGS when there's a lot going on.
I wish they would make both preloaded assets AND options to reduce particles and terrain clutter. I appreciate the good work of the artists but I'd rather enjoy playing the game.
It was solved for me after 0.2 release. I just get invisible objects after a game crash or other sudden problem. I dont understand that well but I suspect that it is related to shader cache resetting in my case.
