Improve Visual Clarity of Affixes When Holding ALT

I feel like there should be a slider in the options or way to improve the brightness of the brackets where the affixes are. Its quite hard to see the lines which distinguish the mods. e.g when slamming maps, you go through so many and you can sometimes skip a mod or even exalt it when it already has max prefixes

Its most noticeable over dark backgrounds (because its see-through). Over bright backgrounds it's fine
