One character is stuck - can not log in

One of my character is stuck (one week already). I was trying to teleport from main city of Act 3 cruel to The Manor of Ramparts but I did not succeed. And now I can not log in on that character in Dawno of the Hunt league PoE2. No problem for other characters.
I was trying on both PS5 and PC versions of the game without success.
