Doryani doesn't show up after finishing corrupt nexus

Doryani is not showing up in map after killing corrupted nexus boss. i have lost quest from quest log as well and i am not getting atlas points stucked at 32/40 points

I am not able to progress in game due to this bug/issue Please help me fix this
