reforging bench not working after migration

HEllo. I've just "d*ed" o HC and i migrate to normal league. But in town or hideout, i see only the salvage bench, the reforging bench is just a prop, not able to click. WHay should i do to restore ?

I've done the molten boss again on normal/cruel but no hammer drop. What should i do to restore the bench ?
