path of Exile 2 Monk Tempest furry bug???

so ive re equip the skill took off every skill gem and no matter what i do i get same resualts change get take everything off and my Tempest furry skill does not work for my level 63 heres a screen shot of the weird ass bug and what it always shows for me.
