Frigid Bluffs (Expedition) Boss Bugged

This fight normally has two phases, but after killing phase one with Rake/bleed the fight simply ends but the game still thinks phase 2 started. There's no way to exit the arena due to the UI putting you mid-boss fight, nor is there a way to reset. It's not 100% clear what other steps I can take to exit the fight or otherwise respawn and not stay permanently stuck, so any help would be appreciated.

Join any party and teleport to a player or log off and wait ~15mins for the instance to close out.

Thank you, did decide to take a break and the instance did close out. Still a pretty annoying bug.
