[0.2.0h] Disenchanting 6-mods items into exalts.

I felt the changes to the loot in a good way from 0.2.0g, now i have more exalteds to upgrade my gear or trying to find upgrades in new items. But a lot of the times i invest my exalteds in an item willing to be good, just to be left with a 6 mod item that is useless, only obtaining 2 regal shards.

I think 6 mods items should grant an exalted on disenchant. This would help playing SSF and having currency to upgrade your items: exalteds are just so demanding to use in a lot of items and elements of the game.
