Why is this game a giant lag fest now with massive ping

It's either on the trade site slowly scrolling like im a on a 56k modem, or its massive spikes on texas or CA realm. I check my internet its fine, no other issues but this game and website related to it.

What is going on? Do they want us to just quit in droves or what?
