Manassa the Serpent Queen

Last boss of a map, she dived under but hasnt come back up. Ive tried everything to get the fight to resume but nothing is making it reset. Ive tried logging in and out, exiting poe. I obviously cant tele back to hideout as its "a boss encounter"
