Omen of Resungence/Shrine Bug

I play a Contagion/Ennence Drain Litch and for the build i make my sealf low life to use some specific passive points, i get my life to 500/600 (1400 total HP) then i have 11k ES over it, like everyone i use the Resungence Omen in maps to have some safety so i notice that whne i get the Enduring shring (Life/Defences boost) my omen get consumend even if im 'Full life' for my build.
