Impossible to unlock Reforging Bench after death in HC

After death in HCSFF you character is migrated to standard SSF league, but without Salvage Bench and Reforging Bench. The Salvage Bench is possible to unlock by returning to Ogham Village, but Reforging Bench isn't unlocking by killing the Mektul again. I tried both cruel and normal acts - nothing.
