POE2 INFERNALIST Pzyromantic pact bug with Incinerate

When i cast Incinerate it does not cost infernal flame. When i cast any other spell it then does start costing infernal flame but as soon as i get stunned or i go back to town or back to character select it starts to not cost anything again. Infinite Incinerate. Dont know how i caused it or if it does it with any other spells.https://youtu.be/MLjrMj70AWE
