[BUG] Shrine buffs interaction with Chronomancer

Chronomancer small passive 'Buff Expiry Rate' states 'Buffs on you expire 10% slower'.

This small passive applies to all shrine buffs applied from Hammer of Faith Giant Maul EXCEPT for the METEORIC, FREEZING, and TEMPEST shrine buffs. Please fix so that it applies to ALL shrine buffs.
