Performance Needs Fixed

After either update 0.2.0g or 0h, the performance on console has been extremely rough.

Textures dont load if you swap through menus fast, stuck in loading screens. This is happening almost every 10-20 minutes. Each instance requires a hard restart as the main menu is also effected by the texture bug.

Breaches + Deli = game crash too. too much stuff on screen causes insta-crash
