Character perma stuck in the Manassa boss arena

I was fighting Manassa in a T15 steaming springs map. She just went underground then never came back up. My character is now stuck in the boss arena with seemingly no way to escape. Can't kill myself, no respawn at checkpoint option in the menu. Quitting and reloading puts me back in the arena with no Manassa still.

Please help, my character is literally bricked by this bug currently. The character in question is named: SanguineSamantha

I tried having somebody join me, but they could not join the map, and I could not warp to their hideout to escape. I am just stuck in the boss arena. Completely bricked.

My character is bricked by this bug and support told me posting here and hoping a Dev sees it is the only way I'll get this fixed.

Insane to me my only options currently are wait hopefully, start a new character, or ask for a refund.

If a Dev sees this please please help, I was really enjoying the game up until this point.

25th May was the last time I got to play this game since my character has been unplayable with no recourse for me to get it fixed. Support says they can't help. Posting here for help seems to be equivalent to screaming into the void, despite being told this is the only place I might get help.
